Elements of The Inmost City

Walking along cozy streets and hidden gardens found behind the bustling motion of the central city.

Absorbing each detail and distinct feature of brick and stone facades and trees scattered among, synchronicity with the flow of urban life.

Stowing those images like precious visual seeds deeply into the subconscious.

Letting the alchemy of the creative process rearrange and transform imprints of real objects into decorative compositions, emphasizing their innate aesthetic.

And then, finally, after all these elements are abstracted and refined, shifting this emotional essence onto surface of silk, entering into a dialog with lines and colors.

Although built upon observation, the places of this series are imagined and full of subjects that have never actually come across one another in reality.

Every painting from this series is like a window to the inner dreamy realm, like framed postcards sent from a journey within, portraying imaginary cityscapes, both architectural and natural, filled with hints of secret stories.
